Breathtaking site. I have been guessing about this monument
since a long time but the way this site is prepared and showing
it, I am sure that imagination will prove that real Akshardham
in Delhi is much much more than what one can think or imagine.
Site is very well designed. I would love to have some more high
resolution pictures of this place. I am sure that anyone in this
world who will come accross this site will 100% think of visiting
India and Akshardham at least once in their life time. Generations
to come will remember Pramukh Swami maharaj as a divine personality
who gifted this world with such a an extraordinary gift. As upnishad

This is really a good temple and the way it is constructed makes
it all the more mind blowing. I really appreciate the efforts

it this way all the time. About the website, I just browsed thru
the photo galary of the "Garden of India" and to say
the truth, i am throughly impressed. I have not come to Delhi.

i think that having the new delhi akshardham is a dream come
true for yogi bapa. not only its about the swaminarayan sanstha
but it also has some of the greatest people in the garden of india.
the musical fountains look great in the picture. although i could
not go to indai for this when we watched it live we felt that
we were actually thare. people that did go it was like a life
time experience for them. its beuty is magnisfent and it has alot
of carvings. it would at least take 3 days to go through the whole
akshardham, to see it perfectly without being in hurry. jai swaminarayan |

The temple as grand as it may be was a bad experience for me.
I am a photography enthusiast and was looking forward to capturing
the supposed beauty of this new building. However I was not allowed
to take the camera inside and even I approached the fence to shoot
some photos I was hounded by the whistle blowing guards! It was
horrible. Also the guards who do the frisking got a little too
personal with the women and the men. Not at all trained well.
I would suggest that you visit this place only if you believe
in the faith or if you want to see the evening fountain which
though too short is well choreographed. A place of peace and worship
should make you feel at home, this one didn't. |

We visited the akshardhar temple in Delhi today 15 Nov 2005.
Every spot in temple is full of art. Its huge and marvelous. The
musical foutains were amazing to watch out. We would like to know
about the themes of Musical fountains and if some litrature is
available on that. Every portion is full of art. The further development
of akshardham temple must continue. |

Jai Swaminarayan, i would like to just take a moment in to applauding
the vast amount of work that has gone into the making of Akshardham,
by all the devotees, sevaks and sadhus and most of all by Swamishri
himself. I think that this is one of the greatest achievments,
not only for the Sanstha, for Indians, but for the world. Pramukh
Swami Maharaj has meticulously thought out each part of Akshardham
in such detail that it is truly awe inspiring! When i saw Akshardham
for the first time, i fell in love with it and can fully comprehend
why Swami Bapa has such affection for it. He has completed Brahmaswarup
Yogiji Maharaj's Sankalp and in such a way that all the world
is proud to see such an amazing complex. This site has been carefully
designed in an attempt to capture just some of the essence of
Akshardham, and for that i applaud all the designers. Well done!

when i got to aksharsham 4 weks before the opening i was amazed
and thought it would never get finished but looking down the line,
two days before it opened i can only say that god has done this,
the amazing architecture has been completed throuyghout the complex
which is reaching to 100Acres in only five years which for most
people may seem a lot but for the architects this project was
said to have taken at least 50! overall i am amzed with akshardham
and i think that everyone should visit this place once in there
lifetime. |

I recently came on my own to celebrate opening of the Akshardham
in Delhi. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay there and I
felt totally relaxed and as if I was in a different world. I was
touched to see and hear about the meaningful carvings blended
every where within the Akshardham monument. I experienced peace
and sence of calmness in my self. This is because, there is a
presence of prajat bhagvan shree Swaminarayan and blessing of
our pragat guruji, Pujy Pramukh swami maharaj. 2:I cannot wait,
to return with my family/children to revisit this devine and unforgetable
