Although I am Christian by religion I have a special attachment to that area, because I was brought up in sector 20 gandhigar, The Temple was built in front of my eyes, We Lived in the G-1 quaters right behind the temple. I saw it built in front of my eyes. I migrated to USA in 1991 at that time it was beeing built. I visited Akshardham in October 2000, I coul not believe my eyes what a beautiful temple and area that had become. It is a shame that terrorists attacked a holy place like this. I think it has opened eyes of the management there to increase security there. Anyway, I wish you all my very best. My family..my mother, my 2 brothers and thier kids still live there in sector 12 now. I really commend the staff and govt. to save so many lives.
